Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Activated an entosis link for the first time while on an alienware laptop with alienfx running and the ingame support for it turned on.

It seems this puts the entire lighting system into full-on, flashing white, seizure mode!
(my dog actually has epilepsy and was staring at the computer at the time so I rushed to cover my keyboard with crap, making typing a little tricky lol)

How do I stop it or edit the settings?

Tried closing the application, didn't work, tried clicking go dark, didn't work. I don't have any specific profile set up for eve or if there is one I certainly couldn't find it to edit and don't see how the game assigns different lighting functions to different actions or shield status etc, nor did I see any ingame ability to change lighting response to events.

Help.

Edit: come to think of it....CCP....there really is no need for a massive lighting alert on activating an entosis module, and certainly not for its entire duration, maybe just remove it for me please?
