how do i fit that assault ship i have no idea and it looks like it should speed tank with drones but i dont know so can someone help me out?

Solo wise. You want to be in their face (due to blaster range), and possibly use a NOS. Drones do great damage, but the guns will definitely help. Most people fit a SAR and scrambler.

As for propulsion, an afterburner is quite a good choice to maintain range against faster frigate hulls. It is very situation dependant, if you need to break past nullsec camps you'll probably DIAF without a mwd.

tracking disruptor is recommended if u wanna take on larger stuff, i.e. a rupture with 425's, otherwise you'll get shredded
