Looking to increase FPS on 6 screen setup

First off greetings CCP and players,

I hope this is the right forum for this. If not I respectfully ask a moderator to place it in the correct forum.

As the title implies, I'm looking to increase FPS on setup. I have 6 monitors at 1080p resolution in a 3 over 3 setup. I don't have Eve stretched over all 6 just the top 3 and half way down the bottom 3. In this way I can still access other open windows while playing or idling in game. I have all the setting maxed. Everything. I average 20-22 FPS.

My setup is as follows:
Asus Dual CPU mainboard
2 x Xeon e5-2609 v2 CPUs
64 gb DDR3 RAM
2 x EVGA 980 TI SC GPUs (in sli, but sli is not being used while playing)

On 3, 2, and 1 screen I get well over 60 FPS just as a side note.

What I'm looking for are graphical options that will only slightly change the games visual appearance but will greatly improve FPS. I haven't had much luck with it, and my hope is that someone in a similar situation and more experience might have some pointers.

Turn off SLI for EVE and run three clients on GPU 1 , and the other three on GPU 2. You can set that under the Display & Graphics tab in the client.

Sorry, I might not have been clear enough, but I am referring to running one client across 6 screens. I would like to improve performance here.

I think it is a lost race though, because even when turning all the settings down to their lowest settings I only see a 4 frame boost in fps.

I'll still holdout in case anyone has any experience with getting a little better performance.

Edit: Just fired it up and now I'm getting 50 FPS so I guess there was some IRQ jam, or driver issue that was fixed when the BIOS reposted.
