Why server is off?

I start playing yesterday, when i want play today server is off. Who can tell me how long i must wait?

Daily downtime is usually around 15 minutes. Sometimes it's really fast like 5 minutes or so. Other times it takes the full half hour that they tell you it will take. It happens every day, I believe at 11 UTC or GMT. Maybe noon though, I don't recall.

the servers have a daily down time to reset , feed the hamsters ect ...

As far as why that is the time that Eve respawns asteroids and things like that. There might be more that is done during normal downtimes but frankly I've not read up on it all that much as it's mostly a non-issue for me. Also patches and expansions are usually installed then as well but those are sometimes extended downtimes but the usually post notice of those several days in advance.

no worries,
just dont start a mission right before ,
its a pain in the arse when you get half way through one and it resets.
you can also find missions stuck if for instance
you kill the last rat which drops the completion item but
the servers go down before you can actually grab the item and the wrecks dissapear.
