I Cannot Deploy A TCU

I have been trying for an hour to claim a system and the TCU will not deploy out of my cargohold. I have tried several times and even left the system and tried next door and the same thing.

Just thought you (CCP) should know in case you were not aware of this. I will try again after downtime and update this if there is any change.
