Bug reports getting closed for bugs that still exist?

All right, I'm trying not to make this a rant but I'm a bit

So I'm getting a bug where distances of cosmic signatures are not updating when I warp to them. Fine I'll just fill to a bug report and be helpful to CCP and all (report EBR-6361). Then today this same bug messes me up and I think to look at my reports and low and behold it's closed a while ago. Yet here that bug still is (New report EBR-73426).

It's the same with my bug reports for station environments not loading (EBR-71922 and EBR-72869) the older one still sits open while the new more detailed one I sent got closed right away.

Look CCP you ride us to give you bug reports all the time, then when we do it feels like you just toss half them in the rubbish bin at random while the bug's still there and it really kinda feels like a waste of time for us to fill them out when you do this. On the one hand you constantly tell us you can't fix the bugs unless we give you reports, then on the other you seem to ignore half our reports.

Look I get you can't fix every bug or respond to ever report personally, but I can't help but feel like I'm doing work for you for nothing half the time.

The few bug reports I have filed recently have taken over a week or two to receive any attention. Even got seven days of additional game time for one :) They are there, working as fast as they can.

When we get multiple reports of the same bug we often close all but one, that may explain this in many cases.

Thanks for clearing that up. The Bug reports will continue to flow. The new Wine version is so much better than the Cider one, just want to help get the small bugs out and make it really great.
