Sisi is up for me.

However, the Citadels are useless if we cannot anchor them, and every server downtime the timer resets.

theres very little testing happening.

Ignore the error and click the E icon top right of the launcher and select server list

I get a perpetual "Starting up..." on the test server, this is starting to drive me nuts
