Drop all sov, start staging from lowsec and become the harrasser. It's the only sensible thing to do.

If you have qualms with weaponised boredom you're in the wrong coalition. I don't remember complaints like this when you guys used siege fleet in Fountain. This system is far more fun than chasing bombers around. If you held less sov you'd have less timers and it would be easier to defend what you have. You have 35,000 allies; get good.


What if I think both case of weaponized boredom are horrible symptom of bad systems that promote it?


This system doesn't have to be weaponized boredom, Horde was primarily the defendner during Content Ring and everyone, including Horde, remember those fights fondly.

This is why the 'always-on' sovereignty of faction war is greatly superior to fozzie sov.

Timers encourage blobs, which in turn encourage blue-balls.

Always on sov truly rewards activity of both the attacker and defender.

Problems still arise when people are in opposite timezones. But id expect most sov alliances to be able to resolve that one way or another.

I think that any CFC entity are in a VERY bad position to complain about Sovtrolling or 'weaponized boredom' (isn't it what they call it when applied to others?), given it has been their milk and bread for years now.

About time they ended up on the other end of the stick.

Fozzie apparently didn't/doesn't have the little gray cells required to "invent" a game. (Game within a game?) Such enterprises can be done by but a few, and he ain't one. So, what IS he good at? We have in the Southern United States people whom we call Bullsh*t Specialists. They excel at convincing people. I like the initials to that term - BS.

Hey sure, we sometime do screw-ups and things sometimes go wrong. We're not perfect, and with EVE being a very complex game it sure doesn't help. Hell, I've been at CCP since 2006 and I've seen CCP Nozh, Zulupark or even Greyscale unfairly turned into scapegoats by the community while I've made more horrible mistakes and have never been blamed for them, like creating an infinite money printing loop for Factional Warfare.

You guys seem to bash anyone that touches Sovereignty or capitals. We know you guys care about your pixel spaceships, we get it. The care of the EVE community is what makes the game special in the first place. But seriously, bluntly, this **** has to stop, because it can be seriously destructive to people working in the game industry.

The reality is any entity would be in trouble with all the different alliances coming together attacking the north.
Eve community is literally moving to the north to fight. This is awesome.
I hear TEST and Triumvirate is also moving north. The pressure will only get bigger now.
CFC has build too much bad karma for the last years.

Drop a couple of constellations and consolidate if it is too much effort to hold an entire region. If you still can't form an overwhelming response fleet while maintaining high ADM with 3500 characters then you probably don't have the right balance of industry/PvE/PvP players.
