Singularity updated for the Citadels mass test

Hi!

Singularity has been updated for the Citadels mass test. For this event we will not seed any new items and some of the new features will still be disabled - as we want to focus on the test itself.
After the mass test (exact time to be decided) we will take old Singularity down and switch over to new Singularity (including new mirror). Then we will also seed new items and we will post appropriate feedback threads.

Known issues:

  • The HUD is sometimes not showing modules after undock. Workaround: Enter planet mode and leave it again.
  • Modules get sometimes stuck and cannot be deactivated. Workaround: Move a module to a different position on the HUD or enter planet mode and leave it again.
  • Some EW modules like webifiers cannot be activated. Workaround: None, do not use those modules.

so OLD tranquility hardware will be new hardware for singularity? will it impact performance?
any ETA for some moveme command improvements? it would be nice to move yourself to other system with command sush /moveto tama etc.

will new items be seeded after test or after new mirror?

Man, you know how eager I've been for this- I'm gonna be staring at that "Singularity - VIP Mode" button for hours xD

New Singularity is now open on a new mirror. Mass test SP and similar things will follow in the next few hours. New forum threads will be posted soon.

Please be aware that some ISPs might be a bit slower with updating the DNS entries for the new server.

Also: If anybody is still using the old ip for Singularity to login - please switch it to "Singularity"

* The launcher is showing Singularity as "Unknown", even if it is available and open
* Your saved accounts in the new launcher will be invalid - please login again

I finally get to fly a Titan without trying to build one. Thanks for the redeemable items. Awesome.

I login and launch, comes up with "Socket was closed", unable to get a population count of the server..
While a few minutes ago, It stated 164.

I am also just recieving a Socket Closed error on logging in now, and no population listed. you mentioned something about having changed the IP for Singularity if you're still using an "old one"? what would that mean? i'm still using the old launchers because they work fine, does this mean i won't be able to use the old launchers anymore just for sisi?

Sad same here. Seems the DNS-entry propagation is too slow over some parts of the globe.

1. when you eject from ship your capsule is not always shown . to self destruct you need open inventory right click capsule and self destruct

2. chat is not loading up always . so cant use sisi commands
