Jump fatigue reduced for one direction of travel

Idea: Alliances/corps select a star system, and all jumps that take them closer to that system do not add jump fatigue.
The system can be changed only once a month maybe. With some requirements: it must be in null and the alliance must own the sov.

In this way alliances can leave their space and go to war, knowing they can easily go back and defend. Right now the jump fatigue mechanic makes everything static, nobody can leave their own space and go to war, because of sov trolls. This is bad for EVE wars in general.

Sadly while the idea you have put forward has some merit it does not detract from the fact that ''Jump Fatigue'' as it stands is a poorly thought out game dynamic that has resulted, alongside 'Fozzie Sov' in a stagnant game environment for most players and overall has had a negative effect for the game.

yeah all of the standings leaves you siding with one of the major sides and that's it so they make it to where the "wars" are more of a brawl for fun or to squeeze out someone smaller so they can have more space they cant protect. We need a reset of the game basicly.
