Can a new account thats on the trial peroid use a skill injector?

I think so.

Although, if you're not going to subscribe, you're going to lose login access and thus access to the skillpoints, so it's not a smart idea.

And if you ARE going to subscribe, might as well do it right away; your account gets upgraded to full access / no restrictions, and the 14 or 21 days from the trial get added to it. You don't lose anything.
