Crash and computer freeze up when warping in

recently i seem to have ran into a problem, after just starting up playing after a hiatus. where when warping in the game will crash and my entire computer will lock up. so i have to manually power down the computer. it seems to lock up before an error message so i cannot provide one.

has anyone ran into an issue like this or know how to fix it. i tried completley uninstalling the game and re-installing it however the issue still stands

Yea my game locks up allot now when I land or transition gates. More so in the jita area, if I wait 8 mins or so it starts working, cost me a Proteus all ready.

hmm never tried to see if it would start working again after a while, just wish there was an actual fix for it, to wary of losing a ship. also the fact that when it happens i can do nothing whatsoever with my computer, no alt tabbing or ctrl alt delete, makes me a bit worried that something is going on.

also it only seems to happen to me in asteroid belts as far as i can tell, and only sometimes, so i have no idea what the actual trigger is

Not sure what's going on but I've been having black screens, temporary frozen screens and most recently it went all the way to desktop and gave a .exe not responding error. Started about 2 patches ago I think with the screen freezes and the black screens just started today. Submitting bug report.

Edit: Think it started with the patch on 15 march actually.

run the logserver when playing game and see where it crash when you occur client crash quckly grab the logserver and scroll down to see the error that caused client to close down/crash

Started running the log server today, though I haven't had any crashes yet I've getting tons of red flagged messages. A few exe file errors and error
"2016-03-18T12:38:14 9036 C:\EVE\SharedCache\tq\bin\exefile.exe DESKTOP-4ICN2I5 svc FxSequencer StandardWeapon: Turret not fitted on shipID 9001215644000133568"

That keeps repeating over and over again. Makes no sense as all my ships are fully fit and equipped. No idea what's generating the error.

In total 51 red flagged messages in the log server in 40 minutes. A couple of which related to simple things like trying to redock too quickly but no idea on the rest.

Seems to be a continuation of the memory leak issue...

(many many of those every time the system starts to chug)

Happening again tonight. A little too dangerous to ever play at this point.

Ended up getting a full blown crash and had a .dmp file generated which I have now attached to the bug report.

Kinda sucks, got the guristas event going and it isn't even safe for me to undock and take part in it at this point...Evil

Can't say this has solved everything yet, but I went to the AMD Radeon site (R390). My drivers were up to date but there was a hotfix optional driver update that apparently came out yesterday. (Doesn't update to this version automatically through crimson interface apparently). I manually updated to the hotfix version and haven't had a single red flagged entry in the Eve logger. With last driver I had 50 in 40 minutes. Yet to see if in other crashes end up occurring.

Edit: Getting these again as soon as I started fighting.

Edit 2: After about an hour of running sites I've had 1 small freeze and not black screens or crashes, haven't been involved in any pvp though.
During the one small freeze another person on comms reported the market not responding at exactly the same time. The market started responding and I unfroze at the same moment so I assume that was a server side issue.

well everything had been going fine for a while but of course when i went to do some missions it happened again, causing me to lose my missioning ship (of course) and since nothing was working i can't even get the logs since it didnt auto save.


so yeah.... i have no way to post any logs or anything and this thing cost me a rather expensive ship
