Ewar vs Drones: damp modification

In all instances, drones on agressive can still engage and destroy ewar ahips even while turrets are rendered useless, lock range is less than 5k, unable to lock... drones go on.

Damps reduce sensor range and scan res, but their is nothing against dronea range/speed, etc...
