Offering Alliance Creation Services

How it works: 
-I join your corp and you transfer CEO to me
-You pay me 1 Bil to cover CCP alliance creation fee
-Provide me with Name and Ticker for new alliance
-Once alliance is created, you pay my fee of 100 Mil isk
-Everything is Transferred back to you and i leave corp.
