Project Discovery Submitting Bug Report

Hey guys,

The game glitched out when leveling up in project discovery and I did not receive my AK

Have tried numerous times to submit bug report and get this:

I have been having similar problems. Also after about 4 to 5 submissions the next slide will not load and it simply sits there waiting.

I have found closing and reopening it sometimes fixes it for another 4 to 5 slides but at other times it tells me that Project Discovery is Unavailable.

Perhaps it's too many people using it at once? Do we need TiDi for Project Discovery? Shocked

Bug reports are for reporting bugs. If you are after the AK being credited, you would want to make a support ticket.

Project Discovery seems to have been under a lot of load and the MMOS server running it seems to have been struggling (hence the long load times, no loading and errors submitting). Fingers crossed they get it worked out soon but it looks like the infrastructure was underspecced for opening weekend ;)

Regarding the error when you make bug reports, they are still getting through apparently according to CCP Darwin :

I've never had to submit any gameplay or tech support issues. Guess that's a good thing?

This is pretty frustrating in the tutorial. Restarting puts you back at the beginning. Get half way through, it glitches out, start from scratch again.
