Moon Mining Abundance

Been looking for a small moon to run a few "things" at and found a moon with an Abundance of 2 for X moon mineral.

With this, can I place 2 Harvesters on said moon and gain 200 units/hour rather than 100 units/hour or does this make no difference at all?

No difference.

Way, way back when there were plans to do something like T2 moon miners that could access the double abundance but such a thing never came to pass. It's just an artifact at this point.
