So you say new players welcome but have a minimum of 15 Million SP? So you're looking for people who've been playing roughly a year?

Yes that is correct. Main reason is that we are not a big corporation and do not have the capabilities to train players that are new to PVP and Eve. I therefore would advise new players that want to learn about PVP to join one of the well known corporations new playerrs corporations, e.g. Brave Newbiew, Pandamic Horde, Karma Fleet, Eve University to name just a few.
