The only acknowledgment of this issue is one where CCP indicated the workaround was to relog my client every time this occurs.

How is that practical? I'm expected to relog every time I change ships at a Ship Maintenance Array?

There were apparently two rounds of "fixes" that went in during last downtime. Neither even addressed this particular issue.

My support tickets have no responses to them.

Anyone?

But to answer your question, they are aware of it and will be working on it. The fact that a fix has not been submitted yet is indicative that it is being problematic to track down and fix. What more do you want them to do? rush out a half-arsed attempt that breaks more stuff?

Also, a bug report from in-game is probably more appropriate for a support ticket as all support can really say is it is a known bug. A bug report gives CCP more logs and information that might help track down the issue.
