Osmon had the rewards. Just make sure you don't have the option to see only available items checked. When sorted by LP they were at the bottom of my list.

Great, so its gone from something that can be done to add to your LP to something that you would have to grind for ******* hours/days/weeks to get anything.

To hell with that game.

Im not sure, the point of it was not for you to specifically expect something in return for your service, and more of a benevolent act if you love science like me, but yea, compared to how one gets paid per hour in real life, I understand how beyond ridiculous it gets to even contemplate doing this in a freakin videogame.

That said, they could just up the rewards a hell of a lot more, and selectively for those who think it's a really neat idea and want to put the work in to HELP, and definitely more so than the one who just see this an opportunity to cash $$ in ....

{edit} miss read quoted post{/edit}

I have a full time job. Reasonably well paid but equally boring.

This is a game, I expect it to be enjoyable and have adequate rewards for effort. The fact that money will be changing hands at other levels revolving around the results of this experiment is just a punch in the gut.

"Do real life work, Get **** all." - Tag line for this mini-"game".

If I wanted to do someone else's for free it wouldn't be considered a game either way.

None of them - you have to complete the research projects (and I'm both surprised and not at all to see that people are already hawking the clothing lines in Jita local) What?

I wouldn't advise you do cpr on someone either. Apart from disease transmitted via saliva, you can also be liable for damage to their ribs, or their death if you have not got the appropriate training.

Nativity... lol, no religion, no children and charity's are simply an organisations method of begging. Not even 50% of your money will reach the target. But the ceo will get his jet.

Oh, and I eat babies.

But back on topic. Nice feature, could have been useful to the science community. However I play a game in my spare time and want to get the rewards that a GAME should provide.

No one works for "thank you". No one sane at least.

You live on a very small and angry planet.

Edit: Also, you seem to have significant confusion over the difference between volunteering your time and skills, and simply giving money.

If its just pixel rewards, they will work. Voluntarily. In spare time. Also the thing is our work will affect research and we can win more than that.

what a s2pid comment to say. you make this statement as if you play all parts of EvE. What?

you obviously don't do FW, so unless you buy FW LP rewards there's no way you can get them. lucky for you, all the rewards from project discovery can be sold as well.

Why, yes, you either break your eyes looking at variously coloured cell structures, or pay ISK so that someone does it for you. WIN-WIN.

Yup, there she is the lame excuse from every egoist "Why me? Let others do it."
That is not correct, there are things like the Good samaritan laws which prevent the helping person being liable for damages caused during and help or rescue attempt. Of course these laws differ from country to country, but you'll get the point.
In some other countries there is even a duty to rescue.
