I can't seem to connect to the server on both ports 3724 and 26000. The only reason for this I can think of is that the ports are blocked on my university internet but it's never been a problem until the server switch.

Any chance that your uni has updated their firewall rules to block gaming traffic? I am guessing that you are trying to access from halls so I would be surprised if they are.

First step to working out where the problem is working out exactly where things are being blocked if they are at all. Have you tested your computer on a different connection or over a VPN?

Does a tracert to client.eveonline.com get to the destination? Does a tracert to tranquility.servers.eveonline.com get to CCP's network (it will not get to the server but should get to the same penultimate hop as the tracert to client.eveonline.com).

Does accessing https://crest.eveonline.com/ give you a file download prompt?

This one is a long shot but some people have reported it working in the past, have you tried reinstalling the launcher?

Can you connect to Singularity (in the new launcher, just drop down the arrow next to "Tranquility" in the top right and click "Singularity")?

I have had connection issue also the last few days, and just tried the tracert suggestions you made here.

First one to the client.eveonline.com goes perfect, but second to server, times out and never completes, somewhere after london.

Doesnt help to change server either.

Any help would be apreciated, since its really anoying to see server online, and not being able to connect.

Started for me a few days ago, for no reason. Not sure if the launcher was updated when it happened, but might have been in connection t oan update
