Fallout and Optimal Range not properly showing values when docked up

Hello guys,

So I was in a fleet op recently and noticed that my hurricane shows different optimal and falloff values when I am docked and when I am undocked. Can anyone else reproduce this bug since CCP is being slower than Leviathan being being dual webbed by a vindicator.

Reproduction Steps
1. Fit the hurricane ingame with the ship fitting supplied in the description
2. Load Republic Fleet EMP M and hover over the gun and note the optimal and falloff values
3. Undock hurricane from station and note the new optimal and falloff values.
