New launcher no longer starting

I've been using the new launcher for a while now, but recently it no longer starts. The process will show up in task manager, and then dissapear. I've had to use the old launcher to login now, and was wondering how to fix this. How do I uninstall just the new launcher so I can reinstall it?

Yes you can re-install it - have a look at this page.

That is a different issue to what the OP is describing. Have you tried running repair.exe like the error messsage suggests?
