1) Speed

Keep in your back pocket -> endurance.

If you have the spacial perception, naturally or trained and the skills to apply yourself, you can take big people apart.
Mass -> inertia -> slow.
There are always vulnerable places that are not covered by muscle.
Higher centre of gravity (I learned this the hard way, on my back struggling to recover my breath).

... and finally, if you go for self defense lessons, they should be teaching you how to end fights fast. The longer they go on, the more chance they get lucky and you get hurt.

Interesting one, thanks OP. Amazing strongmen, without macho man tough guy attitude. They seem like regular normal guys, except doing really hard things.
