To all those who are moaning about DT and how crap CCP are...may I remind you of the great BOOT.INI event.

Nothing in the last 3 years even comes close to what happened then.

If you don;t know what I'm talking about, Google EVE ONLINE + BOOT.INI

I'm not sure what CCP's SLA is for server uptime, but even if it's 99.99% then that still gives them nearly 90 hours a year unscheduled DT Big smile

Boot INI was awesome, and to the new guy asking is this common, this is the only major issue I can think of since boot ini. given how complex of a program eve is. Thats not bad!!!!!!

Before anyone starts to complain again..

you can log in by clicking on the "E" icon at the top right of your new launcher..

Select Tranquility server and press launch

you get to log in when the game launches..

Do this and let CCP fix their issues.

No one method is the right method, nor the wrong method.

The fix isn't complete, when adding a second account to log in you get duplicate of the same account, close one and they both close?

" The page was not displayed because there was a conflict. " ... said the launcher on Windows 10

My User runs actually 2 accounts :

a) on an old laptop with Windows 7 ... which has been updated to Windows 10 ( which is a painful experience in itself ) and
b) on a brandnew high end native Windows 10 machine.

b) got a new setup - can't wait for days

The following might be of help :

There are differences in behavior between those 2 machines.
a) if the launcher is closed [x] ... then it leaves the memory
b) if the launcher is closed [x] ... it stays in the memory

Interesting, isn't it ...

So launcher works..BUT it RESET all 4 of my accounts...wtf CCP, maybe focus more on working launchers/settings, and less about spam in the launcher.

I'm getting a similar issue as another user in that I'm seeing two of the same profile on the launcher and I cannot remove either. When I try to launch the game I get the error "Client Closed Unexpectedly. Client assigned to Grasor has closed unexpectedly."

I'm using the new launcher. Shared Cache is located on a storage array ("D:\Games\Eve Online\") while the new launcher was installed to ("C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE_New"). Windows 7 x64. I just installed the new launcher today so I don't know if this is an update issue or an installation issue. Will try again later and maybe reinstall whole thing from scratch.

EVE is big and complicated - I have programmed a few much simpler programs that took me days to figure out where the misplaced comma was Lol They'll have it back up soon folks!

I am also getting exactly the same error, two instances of the same account when logging into the launcher and neither of them work.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon, although duplicate accounts would not be a bad thing... Cool

I have the duplicate issue, but they do work for me at least.

This is my issue. I had some luck with stabilizing the issues by using the refresh button in the E drop down context menu.

Yes, mine also appear to be working now, although it still logs me in twice!

EDIT: Two days later and a clean install and mine is still doing this... I have submitted a ticket Sad
