Why your ?$%$*%$ launcher don't work fine ? What's the problem with this **** ?
We loose a lot of time to wait your &?/"/$?$ LAUNCHER. I don't pay for waiting and waiting and waiting the game launch. I PAY FOR PLAYING A GAME.

I need refund for all the time I lost this week !!!

Finally got online - I could not even log into the forums so very frustrating. I do seem to spend more time trying to log on than actually playing EVE ! Lets hope they get back to how stable EVE used to be.

The launchers are not the problem they are working as intended. The item broken is SSO

I have posted the fix in this form 3 times and in another form near the top of the same form famly if you cant log in at this point shame on you.

That being said if you want a refund put in a support ticket try your luck they might give you a few free days.


But again if you want the old system for login just launch evefile.exe or what ever it is called.

Wow get a grip. **** happens, they are fixing it. Your playing an ONLINE game, there will be bugs & issues that require fixing, your being updated constantly on the issues, have you not actually READ the forums or do you just post CCP smack all the time? We've all lost game time and are being compensated with SP so stop whining and look up patience, in fact I'll save you the trouble....

Finally able to log in.

By the way, was unable to log in to forums during that time.

Rage prevention I suppose.

Is this another hamster problem?

Should I send them carrots or lettuce?

Skill extractor and skill injector works only if you have used the launcher. For example.

Anyway i dont ever think the money go to my own corp... and is starnge because i am sure the value was 409 and no 253, the precies were between -1 -8% , anyway i can live with that

These sorts of issues are par for the course with complex systems when major hardware upgrades are carried out and a location move is involved. I have seen these sorts of projects go much worse than CCP has managed here.

Think of it this way, they are making significant improvements that will have a long-term benefit for all of us. That entails some short-term disruption and teething troubles.


Sure just roll over and take it like I mentioned, because NO they are not par for the course. Plenty of critical & complex systems (far more than eve) are upgraded every day without a shed load of issues & ccp even has the benefit of being able to restart everyday.

CCP is letting 'Eve' down.

Woot. First it wouldn't let me log in through the launcher. Then it wouldn't confirm the SSO. Now it's saying I haven't logged into this IP before! This is like a roller coaster, only not entertaining.

I'm finally in but holy crap if this hasn't been a week of hell with EVE....

Dont think so sorry.

But I would say that if your smart you have any and all overviews links saved somewhere, I have a chat channel that when people need an overview I sent them to it, it has the 9 overviews I ever use and maintain there so I can get em back that way. Items I buy often are in a note pad as a backup, as for chat channels they are listed in your player channels section in the channel window.


As to that all other settings you kinda just have to set each time sorry bud!

Could not login to my account EVE account manager

When I try to post my complain on the eve forums... I got the typical eve system crash

WHY CAN CCP JUST MAKE THE GAME WORK, WHY IS THERE IS SO MUCH DOWNTIME!

Firstly it has been funny as Fu*k to see all the disjointed people here.

Secondly look at what hudge things have happend this week, the dB improvements (was likely to cause issues)

The moving of TQ to a diffrent physical server cluster across the road from the old one, the new one with much better equipment and new equipment. To my knowledge this is the third time this has happens ever in eve history so its not like they get practice or can really plan for things that will go wrong they just have to deal with it. As to this week yea its been crap but its going up hill and we wont have a week like it until the next major change in another few years.

Again really comes down to all the necessary major changes made lately, they dont happen often but when they do they happen big :P

To all those who are moaning about DT and how crap CCP are...may I remind you of the great BOOT.INI event.

Nothing in the last 3 years even comes close to what happened then.

If you don;t know what I'm talking about, Google EVE ONLINE + BOOT.INI

I'm not sure what CCP's SLA is for server uptime, but even if it's 99.99% then that still gives them nearly 90 hours a year unscheduled DT Big smile
