Could anyone give me some example of POST request to set destination ?
Or where i can find these and more examples for using CREST?

Actually i agree that CREST docs suck especially at providing examples. Perhaps i will try to change this situation in near future but for now you can look into this one: https://github.com/tarisatram/evecrest-characterNavigationWrite/blob/master/app.rb
