CCP Falcon, can you elaborate on what's up with the server this week? We can appreciate that you guys are working on it, but there are those of us here that would appreciate it more if we know what it was you were working on.
Just sayin.

to CCP: You should honestly just say that downtime is until tomorrow and work without the pressure of uptime.

Quick, everyone, get your family goat and send it to CCP so they can sacrifice them in the cauldron of EyjafjashamalahamadingdongIcannotpronouncethatname to appease the gods so we can have fun again.

How bout stop complaining and let them work. Its not like they planned to have so many issues. Calm down ffs.

How about a warning after first crash to bring ships home and to log off and then shutting it down? Now I have to wait and hope it is back online soon because my ships are in WH space without a scout!

My dear friend, you should never be in WH space without a mobile depot + probe launcher + probes. ever

CCP, we know you are working on it as fast as you can. Nobody likes downtime, especially the developers. Thank you for your hard work.

lets face it people when something gets updated to new things this sort of things happen its called trail and error happens all the time, stop asking for free stuff because your only 1 meaning in life is offline

good job ccp thanks for all hard work your putting into correcting the errors that pop up keep it up \o/

The flaw in this argument is apparently to anyone who has ever dealt with a production server environment.
For the rest of you: There should not ever be "trial and error" during an upgrade to production servers on which a service (for which people pay money) is running.
The upgrade should have been planned out, tested, and debugged on singularity long before now.
