Due to unforseen circumstances, the Tranquility cluster has had to be taken down after today's extended downtime in order for us to resolve a number of issues.

At this time we have no ETA for when Tranquility will be up and stable, however updates on server status will be provided here, and via the EVE Status Twitter Feed.

UPDATE - 16:15 UTC - TRANQUILITY IS CURRENTLY BEING REBOOTED - NO ETA FOR UPTIME
UPDATE - 16:45 UTC - TRANQUILITY IS ONLINE IN VIP MODE FOR TESTING PURPOSES
UPDATE - 16:50 UTC - TRANQUILITY IS NOW ONLINE AND ACCEPTING CONNECTIONS
UPDATE - 17:50 UTC - SECURE.EVEONLINE.COM IS NOW BACK ONLINE
UPDATE - 18:50 UTC - TQ TAKEN DOWN AGAIN. ETA FOR UPTIME IS 20:00
UPDATE - 19:43 UTC - TQ BACK UP BUT SOME LINGERING PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED
UPDATE - 20:26 UTC - TQ WILL GO DOWN FOR ONE MORE DOWNTIME TO FIX THE MARKET AT 20:32
UPDATE - 20:30 UTC - ETA FOR UPTIME IS 20:45.
UPDATE - 20:49 UTC - TQ IS COMING BACK UP, MARKET ISSUES HAVE BEEN FIXED
UPDATE - 22:45 UTC - TRANQUILITY HAS BEEN TAKEN OFFLINE IN ORDER TO ADDRESS ISSUES

So I am normally very understanding, but . . . . . . . . This is our fourth long downtime in from memory what a week?

We had two scheduled ones and two emergency ones. Now I get that when big changes happen sometimes things break and we need unscheduled downtimes to fix things, but a little warning would be nice. Not to mention I had just finished typing a lot of **** and have lost it all. Wahoo

Given I haven't received responses too two support tickets one now for over a week, and it better not take as long as one of my last ones that took over a month. If these annoying long downtimes are going to happen, please feel free to give each of my accounts a skill injector XD

It's like road construction. Put out the flaggers, put up the cones, fix the shoulder...
Next week, move the cones, start with the left lane, weeks later, move the cones, do the right lane.

Then they tear it up again to fix a pipe that was broken during the initial work.

Sometimes I wish they'd just close the road for three days and fix it all at once.. lol.

I'm sure you'll all get it handled soon.
