Leaving the homegroup problems

ok so I have tried many ways of trying to leave the home group. nope sorry wont happen human. ugh its getting on my nerves. i am using windows 7. any ideas?

Well, AFAIK, the Home Group is a semi-pernanent thing. You can use it to share/stream audio and video to a PlayStation 3, or another computer on a network.

If you're not actively sharing, you have little to worry about, because you have to explicity allow other systems to share through Homegroup.

Pretty much. If you're the only one on it, and hold administrative controls (which I assume you do...) then there's nothing to worry about.

I make use of it though. I stream music to my Xbox when I host parties, and play pranks by dropping all sorts of junk into my roommates laptop. He doesn't protect his computer Twisted.
