while waiting for wow legion and with no alpha access, i again feel the urge to play eve. most of the time spent playing it in my case was unsuccessful. and by that i mean i always get hyped to play eve because i like sci-fi and the maturity of the game (no aliens and ****) but i simply cant stick to it for me to have fun.

i have played on and off over 6 months, have about 20m sp (i actually dont remember but it should be about right for that amount of time), done up to lvl4 missioning and fw plex farming which was way more profitable but more dangerous and boring at the same time.

im not rly interested in eve online pvp which is entirely different from wow. i dont find it fun to gatecamp and gank a single person in 20 ppl.
i also dont want to d-scan every 5 sec when docked off in low/nullsec. thats no fun obviously.
i would like however to do some low stress stuff in hisec, whenever i want to. like equivalent of raids which are incursions i believe

what would u suggest so that i could start playing eve again and stick to it for longer actually enjoying it ? basically what im looking for is blowing up ships in pve while making money off it

thanks in advance

PS: it would be nice to find a person that would share the same interests in eve as i, not a corp but a single person that would take me under his wings for the whole time because after all the time spent in this game i still consider myself a newbie (yeah i know basics)
preferably polish nationality

Your name screams troll.

Assuming this is not a troll, I honestly think this is not the right game for you to play.

Think carefully. I just started playing again. I stopped playing due to Eve burnout as well as 100s of thousands of other players. I'm getting burnout again due to the toxic and anti social Eve community. It's still the same until Eve dies.

Right, so if you think this community is toxic then why do you think it's a good idea to play the game?

I left WoW to come to this game. So I am familiar with both. Incursions are nothing like raids with the single exception of the fact that it is group PvE ( or at least mostly PvE ). Other than that they are close to polar opposites.

In order to get this game and even have a chance of enjoying it WoW converts have to unlearn everything that WoW taught them. I came to this game to get away from WoW. If you still enjoy WoW then I would say it's about 90% likely that you won't like this game and will leave shortly after coming back.

If you even want to have a chance of enjoying this game you have to willing to consider that everything that you hold to be true about MMO gaming could possibly be wrong. If you can throw out all of your preconceived notions and start out from a fresh perspective and try things from that point of view then you might enjoy the game. Otherwise there's basically no chance.

If I were you I'd just leave now and not bother.

.

This is probably the most social community of any MMO game. You want to see anti social play WoW. That game is essentially single player now.

my main was often accused of being a spy alt because of its name, which wasnt the case.
eve community is srsly paranoid and nothing grinds my gears more than this

anyhow, back to the topic people. as i said ive played over 6 months on and off so i know differences between eve and wow.

i made this thread to help me find content that fits my description, and maybe even a person i could play with

Your posts lead me to believe that you don't understand this game.

6 month's on and off isn't really much experience in this game.

What I am hearing from you is that you've played this game before and not liked it. You want to come back and do the exact same things that got you to leave the first time around and are asking how you could make it different. When I suggest that you look at the game differently and maybe try some different stuff you seem to indicate that you are only interested in the narrow playstyle that did not work for you the first time around.

The single biggest impediment to learning is thinking that you already know. If you think that you understand this game and think that you know what you like and dislike and are unwilling to step outside your comfort zone then nothing will change and you will wind up with the same result.

However if you must I'm sure that CCP will be ok with taking your money so feel free to add some dollars to the game.

Now I feel shame, similar to that time that I got caught rubbing one out to the Powerpuff Girls.

Based on the observation that you made that post with your phone, I'll say no.

Also, some of us here in EVE have certain, ahem, activities that benefit by not having competition. So, please do not re-activate and if you do re-activate, whatever you do, don't go to Derelik.

That is true, having a troll competitor for your trollery threads would be bad for your business.
