Is there a list somewhere describing the places each tier of overseer's personal effects drop?

The site descriptions for the DED sites on EVElopedia usually say what tier drops in what room, but there does not seem to be any summary of where particular tiers can be found. The chruker site has a list of the tiers with the associated price paid as bounty for each tier, but that is the only tier listing I have been able to find.

Overseer's Personal Effects (OPE) drop in DED and unrated sites.
The rating of the site and the tier of the OPE you can find in them are not consistent over all regions.
For example, you'll find a 7th tier OPE in the Guristas 3/10, but a 6th, 7th, 8th AND 9th tier OPE in the Serpentis 3/10.
