I am interested in attaining a pvp pilot that specializes in minmatar, though multiracial character will be welcomed.

positive wallet
positive sec (actually above -2.0)
great shield/armor tank
great navigation
minmatar frig/destroyer/cruiser/battlecruiser/battleship - level 5
S/M/L projectile turret - level 5
ham - level 5
light/medium/heavy drone - level 5
