Setting up a POS for the first time.

I have a question about the personal hanger array. There will be about 4 of us living in this POS in order to keep things organized I need to know if you can make separate tabs for each persons own loot. If not I guess ill have to anchor 4 separate arrays.

So can one array have multiple tabs so each of us can have our own loot storage? Or is anchoring 4 arrays the only way to keep things separate?

Also can someone explain to me what the ship maintenance array does? Can I store ships in it? Will it be able to repair my ship? Or do I need to bring different repair modules to store so I can refit and rep my ship?

The PHA gives each pilot their own small chunk (50,000m3) of individual space that no one else can access.

A Corporate Hangar Array gives a larger amount of shared corp hangar space (1.4 million m3) that is shared between all of the corporate hangar divisions. If you needed more than 50,000m3 of personal space, you could assign each person a hangar division and restrict access that way but then anyone with Director roles in your corp could take everything.

Ship Maintenance Array lets you store assembled ships and use fitting services. All of the storage is shared so anyone who has access to it to take their own ships, can take any one else's ships as well. You cannot repair using any structures in a POS.

Of course, a quick google for these structures would have found you a rather descriptive Eve-Uni article on the matter.
