Eve won't launch = Loglite - Failed writing to disk...

I can't get eve to launch any way, old launcher/new launcher/repair tool/clear cache... I'm stumped.

I've ran loglite at request of CCP in a support ticket, and it returned this error.


FileLocation: u'C:/Users/Jon/AppData/Local/CCP/EVE/c_eve_sharedcache_tq_tranquility/settings_Default/core_char__.dat' - ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND(3, 'The system cannot find the path specified')

and a few other errors referenceing the Appdata path and not finding the files it is looking for there. Is something not installing right?

At this location there are two folders c_eve_launcher and c_users_jon_downloads...

I'm on windows 10. The game was running fine up until about 2 weeks ago. We'll other than all the character avatars were all blank.

Ok so I ended up solving this issue by running eve as an administrator so it could write to this location. Not sure why it was doing this, but it's solved now.
