Should there be a way with citadels to deny neut alts...

Its also not an issue because, though it would be a pain in the ass, you cna setup a second citadel, and unanchor your current one, which ejects everyone in the citadel and transfers there stuff to the new one, then re-anchor the firts citadel, the neut is now gone.

It's neither free, nor easy, though, unless you just let the guy dock in your spaceshack in the first place.

I will disagree with you as it is VERY easy to getting blue standings in the blue donut. Coming from a goon it doesnt surprise me that that logic escapes you.Roll
