Code needs to learn to fail more, oh they are, haha

Just want to say in that stream guys defence, him showing the ganking ops had very little use as live intelligence other than to give us lol, we had your fleets tracked, we had people watching your bumpers, we had other intell to, which I'll keep to myself

Why you failed was simple, we had people who put the time in, new people who helped swell our numbers and mad mercs flying around using you as kb padding tools.

Great fun and thxs to all

Admittingly, shooting CODE. Or Gankers has become some form of entertainment. Some of our guys formed from our public channel to go shoot code catlysts on undock when they execute ganks. Apparently for fun.

Feels bit like AG has caught some wind under its wings. We'll see how long it will last. From neutral standpoint, I do find this mildly interesting and pleasant change to that 'Code always wins' -sauce. I do find minerbunping good read though and hope that blog remains running for long.

GL for both sides. :)

Cool way to look at it but for other please remember this is code/goon in the main, before you light your torches and gather up pitch forks they will war Dec anyone who becomes a problem, it's just happened to some friends, they can live with it but make sure your corp is OK with the action you take, you know what they are capable of.........

Some will say that pointing that out is also tears.

Even my post will be deemed tears.

Saying it will be deemed tears, will in fact, be deemed to be tears.

Its funny where most of the tears come from , from the very people that say they collect them in the 1st place,

Do they fear the tears so need to talk about how good of an extractor they are, maybe

And that

I believe the term is "projection".

While they will take a text or even voice comms from one angry freighter pilot and parade that around as "tears", during my time in AG we had tried to contact many of the freighter pilots, those that were AFK and those that were not, and even those who were AFK we managed to contact eventually, and we found that instead of someone taking an interest in AG for revenge, they simply didn't care.

As Dracvlad likes to point out, only the low hanging fruit have been driven off. But the hardcore hauler/industrialist actually factors loss into their operations. They are so deep in ISK they can shrug off a 1 billion+ ISK Loss and press on. We would try to recruit them, but it simply didn't matter to them.

Before I started my hiatus away from Eve to handle RL projects (though I finally took the time to play Halo: Reach after all these years - not bad), we were starting to notice that some filthy rich industrialists were starting to take an interest simply for the goal of "immersion", that being, they had enough ISK to throw around and were starting to support AG operations in various ways. There's more on the matter I cannot say.

I'm glad to see that people are finally realizing that you don't have to be the bad guy to have fun in highsec, and there is no need to go to nullsec gank pipelines for action: highsec has had one all along.

I gave it a like for you , saying that it was well said

I logged on this morning before work , code and goons still hit freighters with large fleets in and around Uedama ,
At times i could see only a hand full of people trying to stop code and given our low numbers and not acting as one there was one fail gank, so well done

A number of the gankers asked if i would do a post about how I failed , you know they have a thing about failing from above posts, when you fly out with maybe 4 or 5 others, with gank numbers running around 30 (i never counted) My plan is never to stop them , how could i , even with our low numbers they still had to have 3 or 4 bumpers out to split our men up Roll

The plan at these time is just to run interference, a bit of jamming , warp scram and even whoring on kill mails, and remember to pop the pods, I got one the other day with 30mill of implants, which they them selfs like to shout about so i will this time too...

So if you want to try upsetting code ganking come alone to Uedama and try something out , its like shooting fish in a barrel.

meaning

Shooting fish in a barrel is an idiom, describing an effortless or simple action, with guaranteed success.

Do remember fly what you can lose , they have started to target us more these past days, I can only put it down to our success of late, so don't be put off fighting them , try out your new EW skills or try out a sniper ship and see what you can bag.

Why not bring your whole corp along in a sniper fleet , teach your corp ship setups then try them out,
its even a good way to try out your FC'ing skills with your corp , like many of the pvp skills, these need player skills not skill points..

I did have a bit of a fail , one of Wolf Soprano alts, you know the ones that only ever say one thing.
Well i attacked him when he went flashy yellow, on one of the ganks, he came back out with 2 guardians and attacked me.

Fighting off his drones with ew and missiles( i was in a black bird), i was enjoying the fight, he kept pulling his drones away as i jammed and damage them , noticing my missiles fired there last shot before there reload i waited , damn no ammo in cargo bay , on the last gank i had pick up around 28mill in code loot , i empted the lot as i docked my missiles too , so theirs my fail for you , my pvp cut short, and no drones died in this little story.

So you see how you can try things out, BB fighting a Guardian , EvE is all about doing stuff and taking part.

sorry i went on again......Ugh

Just a matter a time, Ozzie, until you, too, join the Dark Side...er...CODE.

Gorila couldn't stand the AFKness that emanates from the AG crowd....you will become more and more frustrated. Eventually, and this WILL happen, you will be ostracized by the AG community...they will call you a deep-cover CODE alt......

In the end, you will join CODE.

It has been foreseen.

Thinking on from my last post which almost felt like a recruitment post, I think I need to get more new pilots involved, or more groups

I know I ask a lot from you guy and some must think who's this young whippersnapper on our forums but hear me out.

Now a contact said he will run up some art work for me, just need the words

Using some of my ideas from my last post and moving away from the white Knight type thing. Some kind of propaganda/ recruitment statement is needed

Any word Smith up for it, mail me if you don't want to post here.

If any groups are up for a spot of fleshy red hunting maybe some AG vets could give lessons on how we track and hunt them, systems to work in and some of the tools we use, and a run down of the way a gank works, maybe a code member might want to do that part Cool

I may then do a tour of EvE to spread the word and get people interested
One thought popped into my head, remember the old wild west shows, we could have fake code agents fly around on small ponies with the heroic AG fighters running them out of town (I know we don't have ponies and towns but you get the picture) then I would spread the word about fighting for a free high sec. That would be fun.

The next thing to plan for would be isk, people like isk, so giving them some way of getting it why killing gankers would be a good idea

Can't wait to see the art work, I'll let you have a peek around Sunday night eve time if it's ready

When there is not enough AG around, get into a wreck-popping alt.

Wrecks have 500 HP no matter what it was before it became a wreck.
You don't even need to skill up a cat to pop one. You don't even need T2. Just anything that can do 500+ in one volley. You can put something like that together for half a million ISK.

Sure sure, it's not "preventing" ganking. But popping a wreck with 100s of millions of ISK, billions maybe, with a half million ISK investment on a low skilled alt will make ganking just as un-profitable as anti-ganking.

And don't let them tell you they don't want that freight. Why do they scoop it? Everything in Eve is "profit?". Meaning that if you managed to stop all ganks for a day, what's the first thing they are going to say about that?

They are going to make fun of you for not making ISK.

Well, it would be easier and cheaper for an outnumbered anti-ganking effort to deny the very thing that everything in Eve is measured against.

You'll know you are making a difference when they have to up their numbers to stop wreck killers, and goon alts in F&I clamoring for wrecks of larger ships to have more HP (which would, admittedly, be closer to immersion quality just like no insurance payouts for ships lost to Concord).
