So an alt of mine was lucky enough to win one of these but for the life of me I can't find out how to claim it. I've checked redeem items, contracts and inventory with no lick.

Any help? Have they been released yet?

The BPC I believe will be put in the redeeming system when the Citadel expansion goes live this spring. https://updates.eveonline.com/coming/spring/
