Greetings, Summit.

First, I'd like to congratulate the Upwell Consortium team for reaching their goals for requested research components.

Secondly, I would like to thank each and every member of the Arataka Research Consortium (-ARC-) for their contributions of time, ISK and research components. I am honored to have the opportunity to be ARC’s contributor in this race. I would like to specifically thank Makoto Priano for giving me this opportunity, with the amount of time and effort she has put into the organizing for ARC, for her to step aside to allow me this honor means a tremendous amount to me, and will never be forgotten.

On behalf of the members of ARC leadership, we would like to thank everyone for their efforts and participation with our operations both against the Drifters and for the Upwell Consortium research drive. We would like to honor every member who donated to the research drive as best we can. Consortium pilots donated billions of ISK and thousands of research components in this effort. Without all you, we would not have achieved such a feat.

This victory demonstrates the power of cooperative effort to tackle the major challenges facing us. Together, we have achieved so much. Together, we will continue on to achieve so much more.

Lastly, as a personal thank you, I would like to thank Asuna Crossbreed who handled and managed a tremendous amount of contracts and courier assignments during this research drive. As well as my old friend and mentor Sharlandra who helped me through the capsuleer program and took me under her wing for many years and passed on the knowledge needed for me to be here today.

Our total contributions totaled above sixty thousand units. A massive feat and I would like to thank everyone who donated and especially those below.
