CCPls change over to vulkan so I can have nice things.

In all seriousness, I know that they can't just simply -change- eve over to vulkan, but this is exciting news nonetheless.

Here's to the future of gaming, and hoping it's cross platform and performs well!

Just that hint of cynicism the world needs now and then.
