D-Scan Changes - A Secret CCP Buff For PvE Types In Hostile Space?

Seriously, are all these crappy changes to d-scan (no insta click tracking in space, now a slow dscan load instead of the normal insta load) a secretive CCP buff for PvE ratters and miners in null sec and wormholes?

Looks like they are deliberately making the job of any scouts and hunters harder. Evil

With the patch on February 16 the classic directional scanner (D-Scan) broke and isn’t working as expected.

The workaround:
Enable the “Try new Probe and new Directional Scanners” in the “Experimental Features” section of the settings menu (ESC), general tab.
