It's a Tengu. It can cloak. It has anemic DPS and poor application -- 145 DPS against an armor Helios with CN scourge. It should be able to splat a covops frig in a relic site if you catch one but I wouldn't be shocked if it died to a well-flown Astero. Might take awhile though.

Switch the HAMs for rlml perhaps?

Are hams broken or somthing? i currently have about 68ehp (subs arnt 5 yet at 5 prolly 90-100 ehp) and the ability to rep 12 cycles before caps gone.. without repper running cap is stable i mean granted neuts would prevent the fit from performing well.

Besides the usual eve response of USE PROTEUS.. what can i do do help this fit.

HAMs are better for PvE imo, or engagements against bigger stuff... you'll probably stumble on more frigs and other small ships than any other thing... so I'd go rlml

missiles aren broken, they just arent scary on a cloaky.

the only scary cloky t3's are the prot and the legion (with neuts)

Add a 5th launcher, switch to polarized heavy assault launchers and go for ECM.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Definately get the 5th launcher. You'll have to change your defensive subsystem, though.
