something is going on with logging in. it gets to "Authenticating" in the process and just sits there. is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?

I can't login either.

After about 5 minutes it says: "Connection Timeout - The server failed to acknowledge the client's response to the server's challenge within a reasonable amount of time."

Same error, the Logging in dialog just sit there and waits for Authentication

If you wait for the "connection timed out " message - click ok then click connect , i have been able to log in with characters, but clearly somethings wrong..

Possible workaround, hit the three bar (eve symbol in launcher) - server list - login.

Yup. Same thing. Well a work around is like he said... go to the Server list and click on Play on Tranquility. Worked for me. Must be a launcher error with the new update.

Something happened, something happened with EVE.
Same thing happened to me with login.
It seems the devs are not allowed to login for all those who did not like their ****** new camera Lol

This works for me too. have also been getting more disconnects than usual. Ran a verify cache and when it was done had to fix some permissions which let me log in, but problem came back.

Ran a second check after a few log ins and not working, only one extra file generated since (first one found over a 1,000). and did not require permissions fixing.

I'm logging in fine again but glitchy. space is not loading, all other windows operating normally, but space itself is not rendering or moving with my click drags.

Jumping into new system seams to clear the issue.

Edit: glitchy space returns mid jump and clears again. not sure what is going on, never had this happen before. been checking cache between log ins for errors and always finding extra files, is that normal?

PS Edit: I forgot to mention earlier but also during this time my freighter alt could not online a reinforced bulkhead module on his charon. It said it required too much CPU even though the bonus for the ship takes away that need. I thought that was a strange one to be expressed. I tried leaving and re entering ship and logging and it only resolved itself hours later.

I can log in, then when I try to get to character screen, nothing happens. Was working fine yesterday. Tried repair tool without any good results. Still not working.
