Is their an easier way to determine what mods are worth selling/reprocessing?.

Also as a side question, is it viable time investment to make some isk from buy order > reprocess?.

I typically just sell meta 4 and reprocess the rest.

When I was more concerned about the ISK, I would sell anything over 100,000 ISK.

Using simple filters make it easy to evaluate large numbers of items, but make sure not to scrap / sell stuff you want to keep in your cargo (like ammo, scripts, mobile tractor unit, mobile depot, etc.)

With module tiericide CCP is doing an excellent job of giving meta modules a specific and useful role. Thus far, they don't seem to be doing as good a job balancing supply and demand - extremely useful modules continue to sell for next to nothing. On the other hand, even with the scrap metal reprocessing skill at level 5 you are only going to recover 55% of the minerals in modules. If purchasing modules on the market and reprocessing them is a profitable business, CCP has a serious balance issue!

Paste your inventory in there and hit the "Melt or Sell" button. That should accomplish what you want to do.
