CCP HEAR ME OVER YOUR ACCOUNTING BOOKS!

The last thing you would like to add to your game is to disorient your players. Its easy with this new camera. Dont remove the old one. And if you must for technical reasons, make the orbit camera exactly like the old one. Cram into tactical camera everything else.

This absolutely must not happen unless the issues with the new camera are also resolved by then.

I can't believe they would do that... I've tried the new camera and it also makes me motion sick, i also have much less "feel" of where i am spatially due to the way it operates.

Sure it "looks" nicer visually (like a movie, BSG, etc), but people should have the option to turn off bells and whistles for clean functionality if they choose.

I simply cannot get used to the camera, gave it a shot and disabled all the new features. I hope they hear the customer base and, even if they remove the "old" camera, give options to make the new camera look/feel/move like the old one.

Apparently some people still can't find the undock button! Now they're just station traders, which is a bummer when you're stuck in Derelik.

Wait, what? Why? I am all for extra camera options an all that jazz but what is wrong with current camera? Is there reason for change?

I see nothing good from this. I really think that all the problems with the new camera should be resolved before they start throwing around a discontinued date.

I had to turn off dynamic field of view, because it seems to have a bug with occlusions. My screen, and anything in the shadow of a sun flickers badly. This happens in STATION too, why am I getting sun occlusion bugs inside ship hanger?

But worst of all, I can't find crap in space anymore. I used to be able to click on something in my overview and my ship would center it. My + button is gone and is not a first person button.

First person is great for setting up insta-undocks. I can make them much more accurately than before, so it's not a totally useless cosmetic feature, but realy, why did my other button have to go away?

Overall, I like the new camera interface, but there is some broken functionality, just like the new map.

Anyway, fix the problems with the new version THEN retire the old camera. Thank you.

Yea, and if they are retiring the old camera, why would they not also retire those options to make the new camera like the old camera?

Nay sayer here, i’m happy with the old camera, leave it the way it is, new camera SUCKS big time. Don’t fix what’s not broken. New set up gives you not situational awareness, you can’t track stuff on the go (gates/planets/etc) can’t imagine roaming null sec/wh with only the new camera set up.

Stop f*&^*ng everything up CCP. Please.

I really must be playing this game wrong because the only think I noticed was crazy shaking at some point. Rest felt the same as always, no motion sickness or anything close to that.

Oh well, hope you guys get some fix...

I have to seriously wonder if you've bothered to read any of the complaints everyone has given, have even undocked and tried to use the thing or even know how to do anything combat related in EvE, or have taken a moment to consider that you aren't the center of the universe and the vast majority of players disagree with you and believe the camera is very bad. 13 pages and counting of negativity on the official feedback thread complete with reasons, suggested fixes, screenshots, video's and scenario's.
I have to wonder if you think you're the only one who's tried unticking a couple camera options.
I have to wonder if you think the world exists outside your own little bubble.

Have to wonder...
