Question about bonus neural remaps

Hey,

I just read the dev diary on the changes on neural remaps (awesome changes by the way!), but I still wonder about one thing. Say I have a neural remap available right now, I choose the extra one as a gift and afterwards use a remap, which one do I use? Will it prioritize the non-bonus one so that my cooldown will start or will it use the extra one before? If the latter it would be better to remap now before getting the extra one, so that the cooldown starts.
