Orca Ore Hold not updating automatically

Everytime I put ore to Ore hold or take from Ore hold it does not update itself. I use the "Stack All" button to force it update itself manually.

Windows still move up the screen after docking... this is another issue I'm having trouble with.

What is this sorcery?
