Is there a way to set up the launcher so when logging in multiple accounts have each account automatically launch on a monitor of my choosing? As of now they all launch on main monitor and you have to move them manually. In other words, whatever monitor I shut the account down on is the monitor it will start up on next time the account is launched.

Click on the gear to the right of each account name and make sure that each has its own profile. That way each account will have separate settings (including what screen it starts on). You will, however, have to setup stuff several times (unless you cheat out of game and copy settings to different directories).
