Unable to Access Singularity after returning from break

I came back from a long break at the start of January and have since been trying to access Singularity without success. I have posted on the reactivation thread, Made a ticket and Sent a mail to CCP Habakuk almost a week ago and have not received a response from either method as of yet and still no luck accessing it. Last time this happened it took no more than 24 hours to be reactivated yet i get the feeling people are just being ignored about this issue now. Is there any other way to be reactivated other than to wait in the dark for a new mirror?

from thats that i know only way to get aaces to sisi is, have active account when mirror is taken so if you dont have, you need to wait to next mirror. There was some rumors 3 weaks eago, something like there will be next mirro before next expansion 9 feburuay, but they have problems and sisi database was not updated, i supouse it may be at any time at the moment
