New launcher works for Singularity but not Tranquility

Following the patch earlier this week my new launcher hasn't started my Tranquility Eve Clients, they still launch using the old launcher. While the new launcher will start my clients on Singularity.

I've tried deleting the new launcher folder completely and reinstalling the new launcher, but without success.
