Small UI feature - ALT + click moving windows

DISCLAIMER: I'm not using this as a workaround for some of the UI problems I'm about to mention, those should still be fixed.

With all the mess of windows EVE requires me to have open I personally hate to hunt for the relatively tiny titlebar to move something out of the way and/or rearrange windows for particular task. Also, I've had windows fly partially out of the screen area and I had to play around with scaling so I can grab the titlebar again.

What I suggest is nothing really new: every single Linux window manager I used supports this (highly likely OS X does as well).

Allow us to bind a shortcut for moving windows no matter where we click. As a default I propose ALT + click for grabbing the window since I can't remember this doing anything to windows atm and is consistent with how Gnome does it and I'm just biased that way P.

NOTE: I know ALT + click on object in space is "look at" by default. I realize that binding the same key combined with missclicks could lead to some frustration. However, every shortcut can be rebound to your liking and this one should be no exception.

On a technical side: fitting window already does this in a way - large section of the window (around the circular ship display) can be clicked and dragged. With this already in place, implementing a temporary "overlay" over a window (while still being parented by the given window) should do nicely. This overlay could be transparent and invisible to the player, or partially transparent. I myself would prefer it being partially transparent as this also gives you a visual cue on what is happening (window getting partially "grayed out" as you hover over it). Also, once you moved the window and released the shortcut key/combo this overlay is destroyed and no longer prevents regular operations in a given window.

In PvP there are no winners, only losers. The trick is to be less of a loser than the guy you're shooting at.

I approve, even if you're a heathen gnome user.

Cyno's lit, bridge is up, but one pilot won't be jumping home.
